Inside a Wave: Clark Little

xsunshine_800

Clark Little is a world renowned photographer who posts up inside the powerful shore breaks off the coast of Oahu to capture the ocean’s movements from within. Originally from Napa Calafornia, and now residing on the North Shore, Clark has spent endless hours surfing the pacific ocean swells.  His experience and confidence as a surfer has enabled him to get in excellent positions to capture some of the most unique and stunning photos.

Clark’s full immersion in the environment he sought to capture enabled him to produce eye opening work that became famous within 5 years of his original photography endeavors.  His work has been published in National Geographic, New York Times, LIFE, Nikon World, Paris Match, Outdoor Japan, Sierra, Geo, Nature’s Best Photography, Rangefinder, Surfer’s Journal and put on exhibit in Smithsonian Museum, Alden B. Dow Museum, and Science Museum of Virginia.
