Portraits in Water Color Pointillism and Black Ink Swirls

barack-thom-spank

Nathan Manire is a Michigonian Illustrator originally, currently residing in New York. I was drawn to his work by the starkness in his chosen mediums. Soft, watery colors jab at the papyrus in his pointillism pieces and stark black, blots fluidly swirl in his ink drawings.

I’m fascinated with the process of creating visual art, I like exploring new techniques and have always focused on color and form in my work. Prints and originals are available through this site.
