Memorable Photos of the London Olympics
Congratulations to the city of London. Big Ben is smiling because his city just put on a fanatstic Olympics, thankfully void of any violence or big controversies. And so the London Games, as they should, celebrated both individual and team competition. While I won’t miss Matt Lauer and in general NBC’s coverage, I will miss those rare glorified moments in the pool and on the track. Looking forward, the beautiful city of Rio de Janeiro will host the 2014 World Cup and 2016 games. Four years is a long time to wait, but it’s never too early to start thinking about Bolt’s chances at a third Olympics, or what kind of hairpiece Bob Costas will sport in Rio.
