Meet ‘The Human Popeye’, Man with World’s Largest Biceps
Anybody got tickets to the gun show? A man from Egypt has been awarded the title of having the world’s largest biceps according to the Guinness Book of World Records.
Moustafa Ismail’s biceps measure about 31 inches around and are absolutely gigantic. Ismail says he chows down at least 7 proteins a day over the course of 6 different meals and injects at least 3 shots of HGH into his body for dessert. Just kidding about that last part. But really, watch out if you see this guy walking down the street–those guns will get ya’.
