Dmitry Zelenskiy is a 27-year-old photographer from Stavropol, Russia. He was one of the founders of Studio 52 and has spent a great deal of his life in Kamchatka, Russa, looking to show the greatness of the peninsula’s vast volcanoes and natural beauty.
The Portugese Man O’ War
South Florida photographer Aaron Ansarov has taken these Portugese man o’ war jelly fish and placed them under white lighting to reveal up close their naturally amazing colors. These creatures are fairly dangerous and sting their prey or people if they are approached too closely.
My Dreamlapse
What started out as a time lapse of nature, turned into a surrealistic dreamlapse for artist Mitch Myers. With photography from Andrew Shurtleff and music by Eskmo, Myers edited the footage using motion graphics, 3D animation and color correction. Really awesome stuff here.
